haha its cool bro. you should! trust me makes a huge difference, honestly though i think i shoulda painted it matte or satin black. its hard to keep clean with the flat black...dude thats a sick ride wish i dropped a vr6 in mine....i'm pickin up an 88 or 89 (cant remember..) golf with a g60 and a lysholm in a about 2 months though. only about 1200 mi on the motor and supercharger, its been in storage for the past few years.

thats actually flat black paint not primer. its called gunship black, its the same paint used on the CH-53 helicopter :) unfortunately the motor blew on me.......what year is your mk2?

Thanks man, yeah it looks more clean on the bike. It's really easy to clean also. It protects it from chainslap and it sticks really good! Overall its great. It's the softer side of the velcro

yeah it take away the fun when theres those who take it too seriously. whaayheey, result! i won the novice section at the comp but it was really easy, i was up against like 12 year olds Razz but still, not bad for my first trials comp. when this new club starts they hope to have a 5 round championship next year. might enter a few of the rounds nearer to home...intermediates this time though! ive got a few pics from the fun comp on my profile, take a look
